- Utilizing your expertise to help review business requirements, design and implement frontend solution with architectural guidelines in mind (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
- Pro-actively provide recommendation of innovative solutions to clients’ projects.
- Lead/mentor/coach Frontend Developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit test, test and deployment.
- Training & Coaching junior level, contribute on team training & study.
- Identify new frontend technologies to lift up frontend development practices.
- 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer
- 3+ years of experience developing React & React Native applications
- Experience with a variety of projects: ecommerce, fintech,...
- Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies including but not limited to HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, Critical), various JS frameworks/libraries.
- Strong experience in web application build on frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, AngularJS, or VueJS
- Have experience in mobile application build on React Native
- Experience with Flutter is a big advantage
- Experience as a leader and a mentor
- Prefer candidate can communicate in English
